Stephenie Jones is the reason things run the way they do at Alpine Group. A licensed managing broker in Washington with fifteen years of experience as an agent, she built the operational systems that let Alpine's agents spend their time in the field with clients instead of behind a desk chasing paperwork. Every transaction checklist, every compliance step, every process that saves an Alpine agent hours on a deal traces back to her.
She came to operations from the agent side, which is why the systems work: she designed them for the job she spent fifteen years doing. That practical foundation is paired with a business administration degree from Washington State University.
Stephenie grew up in Cashmere and has spent her career in the Wenatchee Valley. She currently serves as President of the North Central Washington Association of Realtors, where she helps shape the standards for the industry across the region.
When she isn't building a better way to do something, she's traveling. Ask anyone in the office and they'll tell you: she also has the best laugh in the world.
