A True Partner in Our Home Search
Adam did an exceptional job negotiating a lower price for the property we were interested in, unfortunately the seller was unwilling to negotiate with us ( not his fault!) He was also extremely responsive to us and was able to answer all of our questions promptly. Although the deal fell through, we are continuing to have Adam assist us with our search because he helped us tremendously throughout our first attempt and we know he will help us find exactly what we are looking for in the end.

Easy, Stress - Free Home Buying
Adam and I began chatting back in November of 2019. We were interested in a condo or a small home in Leavenworth to use as a weekend get away. Adam set up listings and reports to flow my way for review. Super low pressure and that was something we were looking for as we didn't know really what or when we wanted to buy. We kept in contact via text and emails through Nov and Dec. We got a free weekend and headed out to see a few homes and look about. We let Adam know and to see if he was available. He was and met with, ran through a few thoughts and asked us some questions. From there we went to see a home, and a drive around were some others that were available. After thinking about the house we walked for a day, we made an offer the following day, and then went into a bid/ counterbid for a few days. Four days later the offer was accepted and we began the second half of the process. The house is new and needed to have items finished for closing. Adam was great rep driving the close and needs on site to drive our closing target from Feb 20th to Jan 31. There was one minor hiccup the weekend of our closing. Adam was going to be out of town however throughout the weekend he stayed in constant contact checking with myself to ensure our needs were being met. We ultimate closed the property on Monday the 3rd. From start to finish this was a easy, non-intimidating home buying experience that took less than 30days start to finish. Adam is knowledgeable about the area and provided many great insights for our new home and town.
